phophen Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phophen ("phophen," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phophen online gaming platform available at https://phophen.org and all associated services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a phophen account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your phophen account.

phophen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Access to phophen is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing the minimum gambling age in the Philippines.
• You are a legal resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phophen, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded from phophen or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, legal entity, or syndicate for the purposes of circumventing these Terms.

phophen reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) phophen account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a phophen account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify phophen promptly of any changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phophen account credentials, including your password and any 2FA codes.
• You agree to notify phophen immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• phophen will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party for any reason.

phophen reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

phophen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the phophen account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into a phophen account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. phophen reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

• Deposits are credited to your phophen wallet subject to successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. phophen will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
• phophen does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• phophen reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

All transactions on phophen are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phophen does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times and accepts no liability for downtime or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

phophen offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates that are communicated at the point of offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phophen Bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only wagers placed using real-money funds count toward meeting wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal terms.
• phophen reserves the right to void any Bonus and withhold related winnings where evidence of Bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors is detected.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All games available on the phophen platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are produced by algorithms that generate statistically random results. phophen does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published house edge for each game type.

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or system error that affects a game round, phophen reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed during that round. phophen's determination of a malfunction is final. No compensation beyond the original wager amount is payable in the event of a malfunction.

• Players must not use automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aids to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play to exploit the phophen platform is strictly prohibited.
• phophen reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

phophen is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all phophen account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phophen account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set time-based session duration limits to control the amount of time spent on the phophen platform per session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through phophen's customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, phophen will take all reasonable steps to prevent access to the account.
• Reality Checks: phophen provides in-session notifications reminding players of the elapsed time and total wagering activity during the current session.

Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. phophen encourages all players to set a budget before playing, never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and seek help promptly if gambling is causing financial or personal difficulties.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phophen platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or any subsequent verification stage.
• Attempting to access the phophen platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using the phophen platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the phophen platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at phophen staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any component of the phophen platform without written authorisation.

All content on the phophen platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of phophen or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any phophen intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phophen's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

phophen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phophen has been advised of the possibility of such damages. phophen does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss caused by technical downtime, network disruptions, or third-party service failures.

phophen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a PAGCOR enforcement direction, or prolonged inactivity.

Players may close their phophen account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding identity verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Law), Presidential Decree No. 1602 (Illegal Gambling Law), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phophen platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phophen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phophen will notify registered players via the email address on file or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
